Stallions Highlights

I haven't been able to keep up with all the games, pictures, etc. so I'm just going to add a few pictures from the last couple games of Zach's. He finished up his Stallions Superleage season on June 14th. Now he is playing in the Legion league with the same team...although, they have to change their name now to the Blacksmith Trappers. They can not wear the same colors or anything associated with the high school and Zach's team is a mini Mountain Crest team. So..they will be wearing red, white and blue with blue Red Sox hats with the B on them (a lot of the team was a little upset about that). They are taking the name Blacksmith because that is the canyon that is out there in Hyrum by Mountain Crest High School. When they travel to Seattle, they will be able to wear their Blue/Orange uniforms again. Zach's legion team has won all four of their games...they have two more tomorrow night. He pitched last night and has been playing first base. I have a few pictures of him in action on first base. He is at EFY here in Logan this week and had to be checked out last night and tomorrow night for games. It's really hard to plan when to go to EFY when you know you'll be playing baseball all summer. It has worked out okay though--he is not in the group that spends the night, just the area program which has worked out well this year.
