A Busy Week

We continue to stay busier than ever. Last week Denise went to Girl's Camp July 18-21. The boys were on their own during the day (I guess Brynn too!) and Greg kept everything going. (the house was even in tip top shape when Denise arrived home Saturday afternoon) Now that Denise is home, we are heading to Arizona on Tuesday afternoon. After Greg works, we are packing up and driving to Springville to stay with Greg's parents and pick up our nephew, Avery, who will be making the trip with us. We plan to drive to the Grand Canyon and depending on how we feel--drive all the way to Phoenix or get a hotel that night (Wednesday). In Phoenix, we'll be staying with Greg's sister Wendy and family. We are going to the Braves vs. Diamondbacks game on Friday night and then visiting with Denise's friend Cindy and her family on Saturday. We'll drive home Sunday. The kids are so excited for the road trip...mostly because Avery is coming along! After this trip---MAYBE things will slow down for us!! Kaden will be baptized on August 4th and then....life will really settle down. Denise starts her new job on August 13th so summer will finish up early for her. The kids start school August 23rd--wow, all four going back to school this year. Brynn turns 5 tomorrow---YIKES! The baby is 5 and starting school---this is a welcome milestone in our lives--we won't be crying at the school when we drop her off!!! :-)
