Our Last Wellsville Mile

Today Brynn ran in our last Wellsville Mile!  Every May, the 4th and 5th graders run a mile race against the other South Valley schools.  There are tons of kids and families that head out to Wellsville where they block off a mile around Wellsville Elementary School.  It has been fun over the years to go out and support my kids in the race.  Zach LOVED the Wellsville Mile and took 1st place for Providence Elementary when he was in 5th grade. The other kids could care less!  ha  Brynn was no different--she did not want to run at all.  She was hoping that Tanner would have an away game today so we would have to leave and she couldn't run!  She did a great job and got a better time than she did last year---by .01 second! ha ha I'm so proud of her working hard and doing something that she didn't really want to.  Way to go, Brynn!  She got 9th place in her heat--awesome!
