GO COUGARS!

We went to the BYU USU game last night and had a blast! The Cougars didn't play a very good game, but came out with the win 34-14. It was a pretty sloppy game--lots of flags and personal fouls. The Aggies scored two touchdowns and got pretty excited about that. The kids had fun talking trash as we sat among Aggie fans. It was a perfect night for a game!! We love watching Cougar football. Diana, Chad and Josh came up from Springville and that was fun--they are big Cougar fans as well. Don't be fooled by my Aggie shirt--I wore that to be tricky and then put my BYU sweatshirt on as soon as the Cougars scored their first touchdown on their first possession.

Justin was also there, in his Cougar shirt, cheering on BYU! He was happy for the win but was disappointed that they didn't slaughter the aggies!

Wild game--I watched it on the BYU channel (Dish network is awesome!). The Aggies didn't look too impressive--Fun to Logan though and the new stadium enhancements.

Hey-there-ho-there..
Thanks for the curbside delivery.
Allright-- HERE'S what you're gonna wanna do:
Put all this in a blender..
2 tomatillos
1/2 jalapeno
1 bunch cilantro
1/4 cup lime juice
1 crushed garlic clove
1 packet dry ranch mix
(including the 1 cup milk and 1 cup mayo it calls for)
I just threw my tortillas in a pan with a little olive oil spray to get em' toasty, and layered rice, beans, pork and cheese.. topped with lettuce and dressing-- and it was ALMOST as good as Cafe Rio itself (minus the nazi line manager with the red ponytail that STRESSES me out!)
I know.. this has nothing to do with the Cougars.

Hey Denise! Thanks for calling on my bday. You are way too nice. The game was fun and I was just glad that the Aggies at least scored.
