First Day of School

The boys started school yesterday, August 23rd. Zach started 8th grade, Tanner 5th grade and Kaden 3rd grade. Zach is in a new school, South Cache Middle School (8th and 9th grades) and was a little nervous about the bus, finding his way around, etc. but came home declaring he had a great day. Tanner and Kaden both have new teachers this year. Tanner said school was boring and Kaden said it was good so....we'll see how it goes. Brynn had her Kindergarten assessment yesterday and will start pm Kindergarten next Thursday. They do all the assessments these first few days of school. She is very excited to go to Kindergarten. Denise starts her first day of school this semester on Sept 7th. She is registered for 4 credits (starting out slow) and will have class all day on Fridays. Her new job is working out great, very flexible, interesting work and the people are fun. She even found out she gets to go to Chicago in November for the NAEYC Conference! She is so excited. Greg is working graveyard and that is always tough--only 7 more weeks to go!
