We're On Our Way

We are literally on our way to Seattle this evening (we are driving on I-84 about an hour away from Boise). We decided on Friday to leave on Sunday after church. We worked all day Saturday getting things ready (car cleaned, errands run, laundry done, packing clothes, snacks bought, getting gas, etc). We still had to scramble around Sunday but it wasn't too bad. We left Logan at 7:00 pm and plan to stay in Boise tonight. Tomorrow we hope to do a little bit of sightseeing in Oregon before heading up to Seattle. We don't need to be there until the Red Sox vs, Mariners game Tuesday night.

Tanner came home from Scout camp Saturday morning around 11 am. The first thing he asked was "how did my team do?" He was happy to hear that he gets to play ball when he gets back. It was so good to have him home, we all missed him while he was gone. He had a good time but said the mosquitos ruined it for him!! When we had dinner he said, "it's so nice to eat without mosquitos on my food".

We'll update when we can while in Washington. We don't know our schedule for games yet but know they start on July 24th. We are all excited to be going to a place we have never been before.
