Happy 4th of July!

Here in Logan they do the fireworks show on the 3rd...so we went last night to watch the Fireworks with our neighbors and some other friends. It was fun and such a beautiful night. Today we went to Hyrum for the parade--Greg had to work on bike patrol - so me and the kids went out and enjoyed the sun! After the parade we had a late afternoon barbecue before Greg had to head back out to work at the Styx concert (an assignment he didn't argue with). Later tonight we are going to our friend's house to do some fireworks. Tomorrow Greg has to work another assignment at the Cruise In (annual car show parade here in Logan). Next week his sisters Wendy and Shannon will be here so the kids are getting really excited. They love when they come. I'll be at Girl's Camp next week, July 9-12. It works out that Greg will be able to come up to camp for a night while Shannon is here. He is looking forward to that--especially because he and I will be going on the overnight hike with the 4th year girls. It should be fun.

Ahh...what fun memories. I remember doing those same activities way back when. I sounds like you have a fun week coming up--girls camp, family visiting, etc. Maybe we'll see you guys over the 24th!

I love that shot of Zach. WOW, has he grown up or what? I'm sure I have said that before but I still remember him 4 years ago when I first met him. I'm sure you are having to deal with all of the girls calling for him!

Looks like so much fun--wish we did stuff like that around here. We always had fun 4th of Julys in Chicago. Your kids are sure growing up--I am sure mine are too--can't believe we have teenagers!!!
