The first day of school was yesterday, August 22. I have always dreaded the first day of school. It is fun to prepare and get supplies and clothes and shoes, etc. I just hate to change from the summer routine (which is pretty kick back around here) to a more rigid schedule. Once it starts, I'm okay and I adjust! Everyone had a great day--Tanner is a Junior now, Kaden a Freshman and Brynn a 6th grader. Yikes, they just won't stop growing up!!
On Monday this week we went to a Bee's game with the Ecks and the Barrs. It was a fun family activity before school started later in the week.
